Online Booking Client Onboarding Our business

Modern Cowork

Two locations. Less back-and-forth. Connected booking and onboarding that help customers reserve a space and get ready to walk through the door.

What the business needed

Running two coworking locations meant repeatedly answering questions, coordinating bookings, and managing access. The goal was to simplify the customer experience while giving the owner-operator more time to work on the business.

What we built

  • Online booking with visit follow-up. Customers can book conference rooms, day passes, flex offices, and tours across the two locations. Automated reminders, access instructions, and a workspace map help them prepare. After their visit, follow-up messages check on their experience and request a review.
  • Automated member onboarding. New members submit their information and access code through an onboarding form. Once payment is received and onboarding details are submitted, the system activates their access and sends a confirmation email with the details they need to get started.

How it connects

Visits: Book a space → Receive reminders and access instructions → Visit → Receive follow-up.

Memberships: Payment received + onboarding completed → Access activated → Welcome email sent.

What it simplifies

Less manual calendar coordination, access-code entry, and repetitive messaging—with clear next steps for customers and members.

Property Shield Inspection Services

Clear inspection options. A simpler path to a quote. A connected website and follow-up process that help customers take the next step.

Explore the project

What the business needed

Customers needed an easier way to understand the different inspections, compare what’s included, and request service. The inspector needed fewer repetitive questions and a consistent process for managing new inquiries.

What we built

  • A complete website with focused service pages. Customers can explore inspection options, understand what each includes, and request a quote. Those ready to book can view live availability and schedule through an automatically updated calendar.
  • Connected inquiry and follow-up workflows. Each submission triggers an email and text acknowledgment, notifies the inspector, creates a CRM record, and starts follow-up reminders.

How it connects

Explore inspection options → Request a quote → Receive confirmation → Inspector notified and inquiry added to CRM → Follow-up reminders.

What it simplifies

Less time explaining inspection options, coordinating availability, and manually organizing inquiries. Customers get clearer information and can take action without waiting for a callback.

A website built from scratch around the business’s existing logo, colors, and direction—with a clear path to requesting an estimate.

Explore the project

The project goal

Create a dedicated website that feels like a natural extension of the business’s existing brand. Help visitors understand the services available and make it easy to ask for an estimate.

What we built

  • A complete custom website concept. Built from scratch using the business’s direction, existing logo, and brand colors. The design brings its lawn care and landscaping services together in one consistent online presence.
  • A focused estimate-request experience. Clear calls to action lead visitors to a form for their contact information, property location, service needs, project details, and an optional photo.

Details worth exploring

  • Service groups for lawn care, landscaping, outdoor improvements, and seasonal cleanup.
  • A seasonal feature that brings timely services into focus.
  • A simple explanation of the process from initial inquiry to scheduling service.

The intended customer journey

Explore services → Share property and project details → Request an estimate → Discuss the work with the team.

Designed to simplify

Give potential customers a clear overview of the business and a convenient place to explain what they need before the first conversation.

Explore the project

The project goal

Build a dedicated website from the business’s existing Facebook presence. Give customers an organized way to explore handmade goods, discover classes, and find the business at local events.

What we built

  • A custom website with an integrated product showcase. A brand-new design brings the business’s story and products into a cohesive browsing experience, with clear paths to explore items and ask about availability.
  • Dedicated events, classes, and market sections. Visitors can explore class listings, open event details, and see a section designed to highlight upcoming festivals and market appearances.

Details worth exploring

  • Separate paths for customers interested in products and those looking for classes.
  • A product collection that makes individual creations easy to browse.
  • A local markets section that gives festival appearances a dedicated home.

The intended customer journey

Products: Browse the collection → Find an item → Ask about availability.

Classes and events: Explore listings → View details → Find an opportunity to connect.

Designed to simplify

Bring information that customers might otherwise search for across social posts into one organized destination for products, classes, and local appearances.
